ALX serial ampoule filling line is designed and produced under cGMP, FDA, and EUGMP, and meets increasing large volume production needs from our clients. The whole design concept is based on “Automation, Isolation, and systematic Integration” which is our consistent pursuit.

• Tofflon ALX serial ampoule filling line is integrated with washing machine, sterilizing tunnel, and filling and sealing machine.
• This line is fully automatic.
• It reduces any potential contamination risk from human operation.
• The whole line is divided into production parts and maintenance parts.
• Wall installation and laminar protection design.
• Integration with cRABS, oRABS, and isolator refers to the requirement of the client, all of these create Class A or B production conditions.
