Job description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer/ Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers and promote our products!
Key responsibilities:
- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
- Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
- Regular site visits
- Process customer orders
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Meet regular sales targets
- Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Greek
