Our VISION is for NAPHAL to be an important partner in projects related to its sector, to fully satisfy customers and every stakeholder. The Certification Scope is defined as:

Representation and distribution of mechanical and laboratory equipment in the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Cosmetic industries

Machinery and laboratory equipment in the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Cosmetics manufacturing industries.

To satisfy the above, the company has installed and implements a Quality System that is monitored and improved through inspection, evaluation and review programs. It is designed to primarily aim at preventing non-conformities related to the company’s operation and scope of activities, in such a way as to provide maximum customer satisfaction and meet stakeholder requirements. This policy is the cornerstone of the products and services provided and for this reason the company’s Management has undertaken to instill the policy in all employees and partners of the company.
