Representation and distribution of mechanical and laboratory equipment, as well as Personal Protective Equipment produced by Naphal, for the Pharmaceutical, Food, and Cosmetics industries<\/b><\/span><\/p>

The company\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>STRATEGY<\/b>\u00a0consists of:<\/span><\/p>

  • in the optimal planning and perfect execution of the services we offer<\/span><\/li>
  • in the control and assurance of all the quality characteristics of the services we provide<\/span><\/li>
  • in the search for innovative solutions offered in quality matters<\/span><\/li>
  • in the implementation of the client\u2019s requirements and in compliance with the legislation, as well as all safety rules regarding the working environment<\/span><\/li>
  • in cooperation with highly qualified partners, with the aim of total customer satisfaction<\/span><\/li>
  • to the commitment to provide all the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    By implementing our strategy, we are committed to the following goals:<\/span><\/p>

    • maintaining high customer satisfaction<\/span><\/li>
    • absolutely controlled service conditions<\/span><\/li>
    • documented problem and emergency management procedures<\/span><\/li>
    • conducting continuous audits of the results of services provided<\/span><\/li>
    • continuous training of staff in terms of quality<\/span><\/li>
    • risk analysis and opportunity exploration<\/span><\/li>
    • meeting all the prescribed requirements of the standards<\/span><\/li>
    • continuous improvement of the efficiency of the Quality System procedures, with defined objectives, to achieve the improvement of the company\u2019s performance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      To satisfy the above, the company has installed and implements a Quality System that is monitored and improved through inspection, evaluation and review programs. It is designed to primarily aim at preventing non-conformities related to the company\u2019s operation and scope of activities, in such a way as to provide maximum customer satisfaction and meet stakeholder requirements. This policy is the cornerstone of the products and services provided and for this reason the company\u2019s Management has undertaken to instill the policy in all employees and partners of the company.<\/span><\/p>
